Sales Agent

JOB PURPOSE

As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will work closely with the Sales Supervisor and other team members to drive sales and meet customer needs.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets as directed by the Sales Supervisor.
  • Follow journey plans set by the Sales Supervisor to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Report on sales, leads, and customer issues promptly and accurately.
  • Participate in BTL/Marketing activities as directed by the Sales Supervisor.
  • Collect and submit competitive intelligence and market trends to support sales strategies.
  • Drive sales growth for assigned dealerships and maintain monthly targets.
  • Attend gate meetings and collaborate with Sales Agents and Dealership teams.
  • Work with the Sales Supervisor to enhance customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Bike association stage and on-ground leaderships as needed.
  • Conduct sales follow-ups and convert leads into successful outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly output reports to the Sales Supervisor.​​​​​​​

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Dynamic and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Area Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, recruiting dealers, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve sales targets set for the assigned area.
  • Ensure individual Sales Supervisors, Sales Agents, and Dealers achieve the set targets.
  • Recruit Dealers in the assigned area.
  • Monitor and review sales team performance, motivating them to exceed targets.
  • Review sales outputs periodically for Dealers.
  • Conduct shadowing, coaching, and implement RTM strategies.
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team.
  • Work closely with Customer Services to maintain customer relationships.

Sales Supervisor

JOB PURPOSE

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising Sales Agents and Dealers to achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager (ASM). You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, conducting sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise Sales Agents and Dealers as assigned by the ASM.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
  • Develop journey plans for Sales Agents.
  • Receive and report on sales, leads, and customer issues.
  • Track and review sales performance metrics daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
  • Organize and coordinate Sales Agents’ daily BTL/Marketing activities.
  • Collect and submit competitive intelligence and market trends.
  • Drive sales uplift for assigned dealerships and ensure monthly growth.
  • Conduct gate meetings with the sales agents and dealership teams and daily coaching with Sales Agents.
  • Collaborate with ASM and customer service to enhance customer relationships.
  • Responsible for training and shadowing of the sales agents.
  • Conduct sales follow-ups and closings with Sales Agents.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Experience managing a team of Sales Agents for at least 2 years.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills to track and analyze sales data and trends.
